Human development is an inseparable process of his existence which according to the purpose of his creationmust be favorably manifested. Obviously, such necessity depends on several factors.In this regard, many experts and researchers have tried to find ways to achieve human development.The aim of the current research is to find out the factors influencing human development from the perspective of the sources of Islam - especially the guiding prayers in the Sajjadiyyah.In addition to one-dimensional effective factors such as faith, sincerity, devotion, forgiveness and other moral and behavioral virtues, other comprehensive components are emphasized by Imam Sajjad (PBUH) which cover the mentioned cases. Given the dependence of human development on guidance, from the results of the research, it can be concluded that praising God, opening the gates of knowledge, correct motivation, mentioning blessings, entering the holy month of Ramadan and saying goodbye to it, correct andeffective planning, types of divine success, and a wide range of well-being are the most important factors that provide the desirable and sublime development of human to reach nearness to God.
