In verse 29 of Surah Fatah, with an allusion from the books of the covenants, from the allegorical phrase "And their parables in the Bible are the ones who brought out the shata, so the fast was concentrated on the market, the wonder of God is used. This analogy can show the stages of social development of Muslims from the formation of a religious nucleus to the flourishing of an independent and civil society. In this article, using the descriptive-analytical method and relying on the data of agricultural science, an attempt is made to establish a comparison between the descending stages of the Qur'anic surahs and the growth process of the wheat plant. By observing and analyzing the thematic and textual connections between the surahs of the Qur'an and extracting appropriate and relevant themes in each section, by matching it with the growth stages of wheat, the following five stages are depicted: 1) the hidden and underground growth of Muslims, 2) the establishment of religion 3) the public presence of Muslims and the polarization of the society, 4) the formation and development of the faith community, 5) the fruitful period of the faith community and cultural independence
