Abstract
Educating humans is one of the most important responsibilities of humanity and one of the main missions of the divine prophets. In this context, educational dialogue serves as an effective tool and plays a fundamental role in the training process. The present study, using a descriptive-analytical method, aims to examine and explain the principles of educational dialogue based on the teachings of Surah al-Qaṣaṣ, aiming to elucidate the role of human nature in effective educational dialogue. The findings indicate that educational dialogue in Surah al-Qaṣaṣ is a purposeful and reciprocal process between the educator and the learner, founded on eight principles: Realism, enhancing insight, empowering the learner through active participation, understanding the learner's motivation, self-control, adherence to ethical principles, providing reasoning and logical engagement, and building the learner's trust. All of these principles are compatible with human nature and focus on the central principle of attention to God and fear of Him. By fostering empathy and mutual understanding, critical thinking, personal growth, accountability, adherence to principles, informed choice, freedom of expression, and the ability to articulate opinions, these principles contribute to the formation of the individual's identity and the development of their inherent talents.
