Abstract
Abstract:
Piety is the power by which man has mastered his inclinations, and satisfies his sensual desires within the limits of divine satisfaction. Piety is one of the most important virtues that has a great impact on human education from different dimensions. This research, with a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to find the dimensions and extent of piety from the perspective of the Qur'an with an educative approach. According to the Qur'an, piety has religious, social, economic and political dimensions. Religious piety means correct religious principles, free from doubts and false ideas, which has a root and basic role in human education. Economic piety means correct economic activities, working and trying to earn halal income, avoiding haram wealth, usury, extravagance, underselling, and hoarding, and also paying financial rights, which is one of the most important components of human education in the economic dimension and financial affairs. Social piety requires a person to have an active presence in various social scenes, but to be fair, God-fearing, trustworthy and honest in interacting with people in all environments. The Qur'an does not separate religion from politics, politics in Islam does not mean colluding, deceiving and lying to public opinion, political piety means that whoever is involved in politics should try to deal honestly and tenderly with political issues and he should act on compassion and have a useful orientation for God, Islam and people in all matters.
