Education and the education system in every university is based on justice, and this justice can be imagined in different dimensions of opportunities, facilities, talents and capacities at different fundamental, strategic and practical levels. If these components are paid attention to, a developed society can be raised, and if it is not paid attention to, this society will face behavioral challenges. According to this matter, the Holy Qur'an in its educational justice, expresses teachings that in a short period of time, the Arab society of that time was able to achieve relative growth, and if these teachings were continued to be followed, that society could achieve great growth. Iran's Islamic society also needs to know these teachings for human growth and excellence. Therefore, it is necessary to reread this type of teachings of the Holy Quran. The current research collects information in a library and examines it in a descriptive-analytical way.
