Abstract
One of the most important concerns of mankind has been the provision of welfare to the community and poverty alleviation. But for reasons such as the choke and cruel oppressions of the wealthy people rulers and the injustice and ambition of their wealth, it never materialized. With the advent of Islam, this concern became more serious. Many verses and narratives also support this claim. The current research, carried out with a library tool and a descriptive-analytical approach, seeks to answer is this question that Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj al-Balagha to fight poverty, What groups have addressed and tailored to each group, what educational strategies have they offered to overcome poverty?
The results show that the statements and actions of Imam Ali (AS) in this field are often oversees a public scouting and training method that seeks to educate the individuals and institutionalize a culture of altruism and social responsibility to tackle poverty which will be made possible by the efforts of the poor, the responsibility and assistance of the rich and the justice of the rulers within the framework of divisive criteria, humanitarianism and the hereafter will be possible. However, the groups addressed by the Imam (AS) in carrying out this task are all human beings; but they are, in particular, "the poor", the "affluent strata of society," and they target "government leaders" set specific tasks for each.
