Abstract
The present article, titled "The pattern of Luqman Hakim child education in the Holy Qur'an", aims at discovering the ideal model used by Luqman in child upbringing, using the interpretation and analysis of the verses of Surah al-Loghman, and analyzing the content and inferential method. The results show that Loghman Hakim's educational pattern consists of three main elements including: the content, principles and methods of education. In the content section, three axis of beliefs teachings, religious teachings, and ethical teachings have been considered. In the education section, six principles of "Persuasion of trainee", "respecting importance and priority", "necessity of education of must and must nots together", "comprehensiveness", "moderation" and "beautifying and attraction" have been used. In the educational methods section, there are six methods of "preaching", "reasoning", "Similarity and allegory," "using emotional expression," "objectifying and mentioning instances rather than mentioning general concepts," and "creating hatred for leaving undesirable behaviors." has been used.
