Abstract

Undoubtedly, the family is one of the basic pillars of the evolution of society, the excellence or decline of which has a direct role in the prosperity and misery of society. Men and women are the main architects of this social foundation and the type of their relationship is influential in the nature and final destiny of the family. Religious teachings with the aim of maintaining and reforming this social structure, have set special moral and jurisprudential rules in explaining couples' relationships. It will leave a strong family.Failure to pay attention to the minutes of Islamic rulings in the new era will face the society with serious consequences and serious harms of this lack of attention. The question now is how returning to the natural rules of Islam and following the delicate jurisprudential and moral guidelines can be effective in overcoming family crises in the new age? In this article, in a descriptive analytical method, the rules of exclusive manifestation of men and women for each other and its role in eliminating and repelling some social harms in the family, especially in the new era, and by analyzing examples of this arrangement and manifestation, moral, emotional and social impact. These rulings are shown in the family and community scene.
